US Airways 1549's path from the Hudson River
to the salvage yard in Harrison included the streets of Palisades Park, East Rutherford and Rutherford. The plane
came down Park Avenue in East
Rutherford across the tracks into Station Square
and then down to Route 17. The sight must have been something of a shock to some of the patrons at our favorite "watering
