As of now, there are a few rooms available at The Ocean Plaza and a few rooms and suites at the Ocean View Inn.

Available at the Ocean Plaza: Room 9: on the 2nd floor has two beds, a Deluxe Queen & a Twin Room 16: is on the 3rd floor also with two beds, a Deluxe Queen & a Twin; this room has a private balcony Inskip Suite: On the 4th floor. ocean view with a private Deluxe Queen bed with a twin & a trundle  Stokes Suite: Also on the 4th floor, very similar to the Inskip Suite, private Deluxe Queen bed with a twin & trundle   

Available At the Ocean View Inn: Apt. 1: Is a one-bedroom (Deluxe Queen bed) Apartment, with a full kitchen, bathroom & living room with a pull-out couch. This Apartment is on Beach Avenue. Connected to the Side of The Ocean View Inn.    Apt. 2: has two private bedrooms with a Deluxe Queen bed in each room, a full kitchen, bathroom & living room with a pull-out couch. This Apartment is also connected to the Side of The Ocean View Inn.    

200: Executive Suite: One flight up on the 2nd Floor with a Kitchen dinette area, living room and private bedroom with a bathroom. Great view of the ocean!   300: Penthouse Suite: Two flights up on the 3rd Floor with a Full Kitchen dinette area, living room and private bedroom with a bathroom. There is a view of the Ocean as well from the bedroom & living room.    

303: Smaller rooms, Deluxe Queen bed with a private bathroom and an ocean view. 304: Has a Queen Bed with a twin bed and a private bathroom 305: This room has a King bed room with a private bathroom   Please note: there is a 2-night minimum, and the Ocean View Hotel is “pet friendly.”  Just mention the 75th Birthday Bash Weekend.
